Rosemary Harvey is the William Davidson Institute’s Associate Director and Chief Financial Officer. She also serves as WDI’s Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. Rosemary works closely with the Executive Director to set strategy for the Institute and its various initiatives. She oversees day to day operations and the Institute and works with the management team to coordinate programs and proposals across the Institute’s various initiatives.
She has, from time to time, served as interim Director of Development Consulting Services (2006) and Educational Outreach (2008 – 2009). She is frequently deployed on consulting engagements as well-most recently on administrative capacity building at the School of Finance and Banking in Kigali Rwanda.
Harvey began working for WDI in 2001 as Business & Finance Manager, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations. She was later promoted to CFO and, in 2006, to Associate Director.
Harvey earned her MBA from Northeastern University in Boston. She worked as an accountant in manufacturing plants, as Financial Analysis Manager at Unisys, and as Director of Finance and subsequently Director of Administrative Services for a local municipality.
