Styles on WIN/FF are not as "PRETTY" as on other platform/browsers

Un-styled pages on page load

Often times, pages will render without any style, or partial styles. Refresh USUALLY resolves the issue, but not always. Sometimes you get a different level of page un-styling. This can happen on frequently visited pages, or pages hit for the first time.

Attempts to replace the favicon.ico failed

  attempts to 'customize' failed. Uploading directly is right out. UPDATE: This seems to work, but sketchy results vary with browser. Safari updates immediately. IE still has the Plone icon 8-}

FIXED! Freaky styling on Mac Firefox, not on others... but I can't make it go away either.

Solution: Condition caused by View, Zoom Out in Firefox

File Permissions in FTP Upload Folder /files/

Children of /files should also be writable
