Overview

As a U.S.-based consumer goods company with some of the most recognized household brands, Procter & Gamble asked the student MAP team to design a go-to-market model to enable its brand to penetrate 8 million stores in India by 2020. At the time of this MAP project, P&G brands were in 5.7 million stores in India.
