WDI conducted a Management, Team Building and Leadership Workshop for the Accounting and Payment Division of the Office of Financial Management (OFM) at USAID in Pakistan. The program was custom designed to provide team building and leadership lessons and practical experience for the OFM. All attendees participated in action learning resulting in three new projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of OFM. The workshop provided blended learning through a combination of pre-reading cases, interactive presentations, exercises, workshops, action learning and follow-up through individual leadership development plans. It was an intense educational and practical business experience for all OFM attendees resulting in a common language and understanding of what good teamwork is and most importantly, a renewed commitment to working as a team to accomplish the OFM objectives.
