The William Davidson Institute is celebrating 30 years in 2022

Since our founding in 1992, the William Davidson Institute has partnered with more than: 400 organizations, 1,700 University of Michigan students and 20,000 learners in 60 countries around the world. But behind every number is a story—a person, an organization, a business—each with a particular set of challenges. Solving for Business is more than a slogan for WDI—it’s our calling. But solutions, particularly in low- and middle-income countries—rarely come easy. They require education and training, applying business tools, testing models and approaches, and convening talented professionals to execute. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we invite you to learn about many of these challenges and promising approaches in our 2021–22 Insights annual report.
