Alexis Kenworthy (MBA 2022) is currently an analyst for the International Investment Fund, and will work on a WDI-sponsored multidisciplinary project in Kenya, developing a systematic approach for assisting locally owned small- and medium-sized enterprises. Prior to pursuing her MBA at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Alexis received her B.A. in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University. After graduating, Kenworthy joined the Peace Corps in Morocco as a development specialist, working to implement projects that supported occupational and educational-related opportunities in the local community. She is pursuing a career in international development with a specific focus on the economic empowerment of women in emerging markets.
