Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Initiative

10,000 Women, one of Goldman Sachs largest ever global philanthropic initiatives, demonstrates the firm’s belief that expanding the entrepreneurial talent and managerial pool in developing and emerging economies – especially among women – is one of the most important means to reducing inequality and ensuring more shared economic growth. Launched in March 2008, the program will provide 10,000 women in developing countries access to a business education.
