Jill Elliott, SHRM-CP, is a 20+ year veteran in Human Resources; she has worked for WDI since May 1995. As the Human Resources Generalist, she coordinates employee benefits, helps shape employee engagement & retention, oversees recruiting, talent acquisition and onboarding, assists WDI in compliance of federal and state human resource statutes and local ordinances, assists with revising personnel policies, etc. Jill is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional and is a member of the Greater Ann Arbor Society for Human Resource Management.
