Nora Quesada is an independent consultant based in Bogota. Quesada has dedicated most of her career to providing technical assistance and applying a business approach to public health in developing countries and emerging markets to improve the lives of women and girls. She has more than 30 years of experience in health markets including health systems design, cost analysis and supply chain management for public health supplies including reproductive health, HIV/AIDS and malaria. Quesada, who earned her MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, has worked in multiple sectors across Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe.
