Roy J. Grohs, Ph.D.

Roy Grohs is a development specialist and university economics professor with over 40 years of professional experience as a U.S. Foreign Service officer. Roy has extensive experience in conducting and managing evaluations and economic analyses of projects, especially in economic policy reform support programs. His teaching experience includes public finance, economic development, macroeconomics, microeconomics, international economics, and managerial economics. His management and supervisory experience covers a wide range of work for USAID including all aspects economic growth and policy reform, poverty, health, environment, training and education, governance and community-municipal development.
