Recruiting Employable Students at the University with Management Education

WDI worked with the University of Mentouri Constantine (UMC) to build its capacity to prepare their students for employment by enhancing their English language and Business Management curricula and by establishing a career center. The purpose of the project was to improve the employability of UMC graduates and help the Algerian private sector by improving the skills available in the labor market.
