Impact Assessment of Vision SpringMay 2008 - August 2009
VisionSpring is an inclusive business which sells reading glasses through local community members that are trained. WDI’s team first conducted a qualitative impact assessment that informed measures collected in the quantitative survey. The final sample included 555 customer and comparison group members, all earning less than $3,000 per year, with low numeracy and literacy skills. This work has been published in the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal.
