Isabel Randolph

Isabel Randolph (MBA 2022) was a member of a WDI-sponsored multidisciplinary action team assessing the potential for a ready-to-use therapeutic food production facility to treat malnutrition in Rwanda. In her internship with WDI, Randolph also participated in a project with the Michigan Academy of Development Entrepreneurs (MADE) where she focused on developing a framework for sharing resources within the organization’s network in India.  During this project, she worked directly with partner organizations Poornatha and IAM to create a pilot project to introduce Poornatha’s entrepreneur workshop materials to a new audience in Dakar.

Before pursuing her degree at Michigan Ross, Randolph spent four years at Deloitte Consulting as a strategy consultant where she primarily focused on business model transformation projects with both domestic and international client teams. Prior to Deloitte, she majored in English and studied French and economics at Denison University, graduating in 2016. Upon graduation from Ross in 2022, she will return to Deloitte’s Detroit office as a senior consultant.
