The flagship mini-MBA certificate program, delivered in partnership with SSE Riga, is now being offered in a flexible, hybrid format. It includes a blend of synchronous & asynchronous online and face-to-face instruction at SSE Riga. The Strategic Management Programme features six modules which equip participants with a cross-functional approach to business. The program offers access to world-class professors who will share global best practices in the areas of marketing, strategy, financial management, and leadership. It features lively discussions around global management trends and ample opportunity to explore the challenges that participants face everyday in their businesses.

Coaching Techniques for Growth and Development
Seminarium Online

The Coaching for Growth and Development seminar is designed to empower professionals with the tools and mindset to support change, both personally and professionally. This seminar addresses the dual roles of managers as coaches, as well as individuals coaching outside traditional workplaces. It will explore emotional intelligence, coaching principles, and actionable strategies for change. Participants will leave with the skills to foster meaningful growth in themselves and those they coach.

Strategic Talent Development
Seminarium Online

HR and business leaders and their organizations face an increasingly complex and volatile business environment that requires new competencies and ways of working to be agile and competitive. In order to respond effectively to these challenges, a strategic approach to talent development is needed. This program will focus on providing an experiential approach to creating and implementing key talent development initiatives.
