Our Team

Otto Castillo is a Senior Project Manager with the Institute’s Grants Management team. Before joining WDI, Castillo was a Staff Associate with the consulting firm Tetra Tech, where he supported new business development opportunities and provided project management for initiatives funded by USAID, the Gates Foundation, the World Bank, and the World Food program in Africa, Asia and Latin America. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Environment and Development from Zamorano University, a technician certificate in Agronomy from the National Agricultural School in Guatemala and is a native Spanish speaker.
