Otto Castillo is a Senior Project Manager with the Institute’s Grants Management team, where he supports project management across WDI’s project portfolio in all sectors and contributes to new business development. Prior to joining WDI, Castillo served as a Staff Associate at the consulting firm Tetra Tech, supporting new business development and providing project management for initiatives funded by major international donors across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Environment and Sustainability at the University of Michigan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Environment and Development from Zamorano University, a technician certificate in Agronomy from the National Agricultural School in Guatemala, and is a native Spanish speaker.
